She is a personal trainer and online fitness and nutrition coach who is dedicated to empowering other women to create a healthier lifestyle.
She started her own fitness journey back in 2014, during her freshman year of college, and since then has gone through many phases that have ultimately led her to where she is now, living a sustainable, healthy life.
Jake Stewart is a Houston kid now making waves in Austin, TX. Jake is a hybrid athlete & entrepreneur standing at the crossroads of physical greatness and business expertise.
Day in and day out, he navigates the challenges of running both a home service and an online coaching business. Whether he is sprinting towards business goals or reaching new heights in fitness, Jake is all about pushing boundaries.
Yet, beneath that relentless drive, he is a simple guy who cherishes life's moments. His mission is to prove that you can work your ass off and still savor the simple joys, showing others that a balance between ambition and contentment is not just possible, but essential.

Harry & Brett are the co-founders of The Meat Mafia, The Meat Mafia Podcast, and of Noble Origins - all of which are businesses centered around the mission to fix the food system.
Harry’s road to his current path wasn’t linear. Prior to entering the health world, Harry worked 6 years in corporate America in investment management, where he lived and worked in Boston and Amsterdam.
His path towards transitioning into the health world started in college where he played baseball and met Brett.
Brett’s interest in food and nutrition is deeply personal to him. In 2019, he used a carnivore diet to heal himself of ulcerative colitis, an incurable auto-immune disease that cost’s $400,000 per year on medication.
Together Brett and Harry have run multiple endurance races including Ironmans, marathons, and ultramarathons, and are now focused on building community, products, and above all else - a movement in the world of health and wellness.

Matt Ritchey is a former Division 1 athlete, recovering addict, and knife attack survivor who turned his life around through endurance sports. In the last few years he has finished 7 Ironmans, several shorter distance triathlons, a marathon, and now he is training for a few 100 mile ultra marathons to help raise money so that less fortunate families can afford hearing aids for their kids.
Matt is also the founder and head coach for Phoenix1 Endurance, a triathlon/running team here in Austin whose focus is on helping people find their “why” though endurance sports and difficult races.
Matt has an incredible story about how he found his love for life again after nearly 10 years of drug abuse. He now focuses his time and energy on becoming the best version of himself by lifting up those around him and working towards his goal of leaving this world a better place than how he found it.

Rajon Hall is the founder/CEO of Big Dreams Realty & Investments based in Houston, Texas. As a real estate agent and investor he has honed the abilities of fostering strong relationships with clients by working to provide the best real estate experience possible. Rajon is an expert in sales negotiations, market analysis, client satisfaction, and social media/marketing. Rajon attended the university of Wisconsin, where he launched a podcast called “In Our Words” highlighting the success of black business owners throughout the state of Wisconsin. Currently he works as a social worker for Life Enhancement Services Houston and is pursuing his clinical license to best serve his clients. Rajon is passionate about supporting the youth and the communities he grew up in.
Carlton is a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Underwriter currently based in Austin, TX. He holds a Master’s degree in Land Economics and Real Estate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Finance, both from Texas A&M University. Carlton has extensive experience in risk analysis for various real estate asset classes, and is currently responsible for managing portfolios on a $34 billion balance sheet. As a student-athlete at Texas A&M, Carlton was a member of “the 12” on the Track & Field team, earning multiple personal records and five All-American statuses. Bas Rutten is a UFC hall of famer from the Netherlands. He was bullied as a kid on a daily basis so he learned how to fight and has never turned back. He started his Mixed Martial Arts career in Japan in 1993 and became the 3-time undefeated World Champion. Bas then started competing for the Ultimate Fighting Championship in 1998 and became the first European UFC Champion, wrapping up his career with a 22-fight unbeaten streak.
He has had a live TV show about MMA on TV for 9 years called “Inside MMA”, Co-star’d in the movie “Here comes the boom” with Kevin James, Did 19 episodes on the Sitcom “Kevin can wait”, and Worked on many video games, the biggest one being Grand Theft Auto 4, in which he has his own TV show in the game.
Bas is also the inventor of the O2 Trainer, which has been featured on the Joe Rogan Experience, the Tim Ferriss Show, and the Bertcast. Today, Bas is a commentator for and chairman of Karate Combat, he travels the world for various speaking engagements and O2 Trainer seminars, and he owns an MMA gym in California.
